The Role: Forklift Operator
As a Forklift Operator at Sadleirs Logistics, you’re the backbone of our operations—keeping freight moving safely and efficiently, with a team that’s got your back every step of the way.
We have both casual and permanent, full-time roles available.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure forklifts are operated safely and in compliance with regulations
Adhere to all document handling procedures
Conduct pre-start checks and report any issues
Handle dangerous goods and quarantine items according to regulations
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth freight handling
Inspect loads for damage and report any issues
Follow pallet management procedures
Perform other tasks as required
What You’ll Need
Current forklift licence (HRWL)
A strong safety-first mindset
At least 12 months of logistics experience (preferred)
Manual handling ability
A team-focused, can-do attitude
The right to live and work in Australia
