The Role: Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator at Sadleirs Logistics, you’re the backbone of our operations—keeping freight moving safely and efficiently, with a team that’s got your back every step of the way.

We have both casual and permanent, full-time roles available.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure forklifts are operated safely and in compliance with regulations

• Adhere to all document handling procedures

• Conduct pre-start checks and report any issues

• Handle dangerous goods and quarantine items according to regulations

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth freight handling

• Inspect loads for damage and report any issues

• Follow pallet management procedures

• Perform other tasks as required

What You’ll Need

• Current forklift licence (HRWL)

• A strong safety-first mindset

• At least 12 months of logistics experience (preferred)

• Manual handling ability

• A team-focused, can-do attitude

• The right to live and work in Australia
