Content Manager

WHO WE NEED:
We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Manager to join our team three days per week and lead the end-to-end content strategy across all customer touchpoints.
Working closely with the E-Commerce, Retail and Design teams, you'll create compelling content that strengthens brand awareness, drives customer engagement and supports commercial growth. From campaign concepts and photoshoots to social media, website content, eDMs and performance marketing assets, you'll ensure every piece of content is consistent, impactful and optimised for results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Develop and evolve the content strategy in line with brand and commercial objectives.
Analyse content performance and optimise creative using insights, trends and platform data.
Lead the execution of content across website, social media, eDMs, paid advertising and in-store.
Create and oversee compelling copy across campaigns, website, eDMs, social media and product descriptions.
Create assets optimised for performance marketing across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
Plan, coordinate and art direct campaign, eCommerce and social content shoots.
Manage the content asset library and oversee external photographers, creators, editors and freelancers.
Develop and manage influencer, creator and user-generated content programmes.
Own the organic social media strategy, content calendar and community management.
Support the E-Commerce Manager by curating and uploading website content, campaign assets and landing pages.
Prepare and distribute brand and marketing assets to retail partners.
Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager and Design team to deliver integrated campaigns.
Support the management of external agencies and creative partners.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and deadlines.
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:
2+ years’ experience in a content, social, or marketing role, preferably within fashion
Womenswear experience is highly favourable
Strong understanding of content strategy, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels
Proven ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable content strategies
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different channels
Experience working with influencers, creators, and external partners
Ability to plan and execute shoots, with a strong eye for brand, styling, and detail
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working across international markets is advantageous
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
The position is 3 days per week, on-site at our Port Melbourne office. The working days are negotiable, as a part time or casual working arrangement. Salary is commensurate with experience and employment type.
