An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Trade Representative to join our team based in Mentone. About the Role

As our Parts Trade Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our trade customers while identifying new business opportunities to grow our parts sales across Melbourne.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing an existing portfolio of trade customers.
• Developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Providing exceptional customer service and technical parts advice.
• Preparing quotes and processing customer orders.
• Coordinating with the dealership Parts Department to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Regularly visiting customers to strengthen relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
• Achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or as a Parts Interpreter (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• A current Victorian Driver Licence.
• Strong computer skills and experience using dealership management systems (desirable).
