Due to ongoing growth within our Company, Total CMS is seeking an experienced and motivated Carpenter specialising in bathroom maintenance and refurbishments to join our growing team.

THE POSITION:

Working on a full-time basis and reporting to the Project Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bathroom maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works across a variety of government, social housing and commercial properties.

As a professional, friendly and respectful tradesperson, you will be responsible for a range of carpentry duties including bathroom upgrades, repairs, refurbishments and general maintenance works.

Additionally, other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Bathroom maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works

• General carpentry and property maintenance

• Installation and replacement of bathroom fixtures, cabinetry and fittings

• Maintain effective communication across the team and with clients

• Provide daily job status updates including completed tasks and photos

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace

• Carry out other maintenance tasks as requested

• Data entry (Simpro experience preferred; however, training will be provided)

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a hard-working team player who is reliable and able to work well under pressure while delivering work to a high standard. You must have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and a positive 'can do' attitude, together with a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.

You can also demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a qualified Carpenter, ideally with bathroom maintenance or renovation experience

• The ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Great customer service and communication skills

• Understanding of OHS responsibilities and safe work practices

• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials and construction techniques

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

• White Card and Working with Children's Check (essential)

• Current Driver's Licence with the ability to travel to various client locations

• Simpro experience is advantageous but not essential
