The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Family Support & Inclusion Officer to join our Manor Lakes team in a newly created role.

This is a meaningful opportunity to work within an established service, building on existing relationships while enhancing inclusion practices and strengthening family partnerships.
In this role, you will:

• Support families through orientation, enrolment, and ongoing engagement
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
• Provide guidance around behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion needs
• Facilitate respectful, solution-focused conversations
• Connect families with community services and support networks
• Assist with accessing inclusion funding and government supports
• Work alongside educators to promote positive developmental outcomes
• Support the team with enrolment processes and family communication

Working Hours

• Part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week)
• Worked across 5 days, with flexibility required between 6:30am – 6:30pm

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certifications
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Mandatory Reporting Training
• Strong understanding of child development and behaviour guidance
• Experience supporting inclusion and diverse family needs (highly regarded)
• Knowledge of community supports and funding pathways
• Understanding of the NQF and relevant legislation
