For over 40 years, family-owned and operated Domaine Wine Shippers (DWS) has distributed wine for some of Australia’s most loved and respected NSW wine brands, including Australian icons such as Turkey Flat, Seppeltsfield, Penny's Hill, Hahndorf Hill, First Creek, Fowles Wines, Silkman Wines, Ross Hill Wines, and Clarendon Hills.  DWS is also the exclusive importer of Babich (NZ), and Champagne Billecart-Salmon throughout Australia, as well as nearly 15 other premium Domaines from Burgundy and its surrounds.

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, A Sales Coordinator role is your chance to become the operational heartbeat of a national wine business. You sit at the centre of sales, logistics, and customer service, making sure orders flow accurately, issues get solved quickly, and the sales team can perform at their best. It’s a role for someone who enjoys momentum, problem‑solving, and being the person others rely on. You’ll work across ERP and CRM systems, keep customer data sharp, coordinate stock movements, and build strong relationships with internal teams and logistics partners. Every day brings variety, pace, and the satisfaction of knowing you’re the one who keeps everything moving.

About you

You are extremely organised, with proven experience and success within a similar role within the wine industry. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can bring their experience and successes and would like to make a difference in their career.

The key skills you will need to bring to the role are:

• Strong experience operating in sales support and supply chain coordination, particularly in the wine industry.

• Industry/market knowledge and experience are essential and preferably wine-based.

• Ability to work autonomously and still have a team / collaborative approach, contributing to enthusiasm and positive interactions with colleagues.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to meet deadlines by managing various objectives with a diverse range of priorities simultaneously.
