345 Projects QLD is looking for experienced Shopfitters to join our growing team.

Working across commercial and retail fit-out projects throughout Queensland, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality shopfitting works while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and professionalism. This role offers casual employment with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. Travel throughout Queensland, including occasional overnight stays, may be required depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install commercial joinery and shopfitting components.

  • Read and interpret construction drawings.

  • Complete fit-out works to a high standard.

  • Operate hand and power tools safely.

  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite.

  • Work collaboratively with Site Managers and other trades.

  • Adhere to all WHS requirements and company standards.

  • Manage small to medium fit-out projects independently where required, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

  • Liaise professionally with clients, Site Managers, subcontractors and other trades while working autonomously on-site.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous commercial shopfitting experience.

  • Current Construction Induction (White Card).

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Own tools are essential.

  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

  • Willingness to travel throughout Queensland, including occasional overnight stays.

  • Ability to work independently and confidently manage projects with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Trade qualification in Shopfitting, Cabinet Making or Carpentry.

  • First Aid Certificate.
