Shopfitter
345 Projects QLD is looking for experienced Shopfitters to join our growing team.
Working across commercial and retail fit-out projects throughout Queensland, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality shopfitting works while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and professionalism. This role offers casual employment with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. Travel throughout Queensland, including occasional overnight stays, may be required depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Install commercial joinery and shopfitting components.
Read and interpret construction drawings.
Complete fit-out works to a high standard.
Operate hand and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
Work collaboratively with Site Managers and other trades.
Adhere to all WHS requirements and company standards.
Manage small to medium fit-out projects independently where required, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Liaise professionally with clients, Site Managers, subcontractors and other trades while working autonomously on-site.
Essential Requirements
Previous commercial shopfitting experience.
Current Construction Induction (White Card).
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Own tools are essential.
Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
Willingness to travel throughout Queensland, including occasional overnight stays.
Ability to work independently and confidently manage projects with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable
Trade qualification in Shopfitting, Cabinet Making or Carpentry.
First Aid Certificate.
