Fitter
Behind every brew is a team that keeps our brewery running at its best. As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining our equipment, solving problems, and helping us deliver the quality our brands are known for.
Working across the brewery, you'll respond to breakdowns, complete preventative maintenance, and look for better ways of doing things every day. You'll join a team that's passionate about what they do, backs each other and loves sharing knowledge.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to breakdowns and fault finding across the brewery
- Deliver preventative and planned maintenance to improve equipment reliability
- Work across a range of brewing and utility equipment, including compressors, centrifuges and other production equipment
- Partner with Production to minimise downtime and keep things moving
- Support our TPM journey and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Use SAP and digital maintenance systems to capture work and support planning
- Put safety and quality at the heart of everything you do
You're a qualified Mechanical Fitter who enjoys getting stuck in, solving problems and working as part of a team. You'll also bring:
- A recognised Mechanical Trade qualification
- Maintenance experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
- A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity to improve how things are done
- Confidence using digital systems
- Exposure to TPM or Lean manufacturing practices is advantageous
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality
Please note, this role works a rotating Monday to Friday roster:
- 6:00am to 2:00pm
- 2:00pm to 10:00pm
- 10:00pm to 6:00am
The rotation includes five day shifts, four afternoon shifts and four night shifts.
