As Retaining Wall Site Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of on-site operations for MSE and Gravity Wall projects. This is a hands-on management role where you'll lead crews while staying engaged in the technical work.

What We're Looking For

• Essential: Proven experience managing MSE (Mechanically Stabilised Earthwall) projects

• Essential: Proven experience managing gravity wall construction

• In-depth knowledge of retaining wall design, installation, and compliance

• Demonstrated site leadership and team management skills

• Strong understanding of civil works scheduling and resource management

• Practical, hands-on approach — 'good in the dirt'

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage challenges on-site

• Professional communication skills with clients and contractors
