Retaining Wall Site Manager Role
As Retaining Wall Site Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of on-site operations for MSE and Gravity Wall projects. This is a hands-on management role where you'll lead crews while staying engaged in the technical work.
What We're Looking For
Essential: Proven experience managing MSE (Mechanically Stabilised Earthwall) projects
Essential: Proven experience managing gravity wall construction
In-depth knowledge of retaining wall design, installation, and compliance
Demonstrated site leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of civil works scheduling and resource management
Practical, hands-on approach — 'good in the dirt'
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage challenges on-site
Professional communication skills with clients and contractors
