Due to continued growth, they are seeking a mechanically minded Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their Braeside-based operations team.
The Role:
This is a highly varied role that combines site inspections, equipment maintenance, breakdown support and warehouse coordination.
Approximately 60% of your time will be spent attending customer sites across Melbourne and regional Victoria, conducting pre-installation inspections and project scoping.
The remainder of your time will be spent servicing and maintaining specialised installation equipment, responding to breakdowns and supporting workshop and warehouse operations.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the road, solving mechanical problems, working autonomously and having no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-installation site inspections and project scoping assessments
- Take measurements, photographs and record site information using internal systems
- Liaise with internal sales and operations teams regarding site requirements
- Service, maintain and repair specialised installation equipment, generators, compressors, pumps, hoses and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance to minimise equipment downtime
- Attend onsite breakdowns and provide urgent repair support when required
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records and repair logs
- Manage inventory levels of critical spare parts and workshop consumables

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a mechanical maintenance, service technician or equipment repair role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Experience servicing generators, compressors, pumps, pneumatic, hydraulic or industrial equipment highly regarded
- Formal Graco manufacturer or Mechanical trade qualification highly regarded
- Comfortable working independently and travelling between sites
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document site information
- Current Driver's Licence (essential)
- Forklift Licence and/or MR Licence highly regarded
