PetO, Australia’s largest independent pet retailer, is thrilled to expand nationally and bring our passionate pet care to interstate! Founded in 2007 in NSW, PetO has become a major player in the industry with the recent acquisition of beloved brands like Best Friends and Our Vet.

This is an exciting time to join us on our journey! PetO is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help drive the success of our store in Erina. This is a customer-focused role for people who truly love engaging with pet parents, talking about pets all day, and going above and beyond to help. We are able to offer work options for 20-30 hours per week.

We are proudly adoption first. You won’t see live animals for sale in our stores. Instead, you’ll partner with local rescues and shelters, and support community events.

And the best part? Our customers. Pet parents are genuinely some of the most passionate people you’ll meet. You’ll spend your day greeting, chatting about pets, seeing (and cuddling) dogs, and occasionally meeting some delightfully quirky pets too — because our stores are pet friendly.

• Ideally have retail experience with an outstanding “customer first” attitude

• Ability to work on own initiative

• Must be able to work weekends
