As we continue to expand our regional services, we are seeking two lawyers at different career stages to join our Port Pirie team.

🔹 Generalist Lawyer (Family & Civil)
Build a broad practice across family and civil law, developing strong advocacy and client management skills in a supportive environment.

🔹 Senior Criminal Lawyer & Team Leader
Lead a regional criminal practice, mentor lawyers and shape service delivery across the Mid‑North.

What You’ll Be Doing

Generalist Lawyer

  • Manage a diverse caseload across family and civil law

  • Represent clients in court, mediation and negotiations

  • Work flexibly across practice areas

  • Participate in outreach services and circuit courts

Senior Criminal Lawyer & Team Leader

  • Lead criminal law services in Port Pirie

  • Deliver high-quality advocacy in complex matters

  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers

  • Coordinate circuit courts, outreach and duty services

  • Maintain a mixed caseload across criminal, family and civil law

What We’re Looking For

Generalist Lawyer

  • 2–3+ years PAE

  • Experience in family and/or civil law

  • Strong organisational and file management skills

  • Adaptable, proactive and client-focused

Senior Criminal Lawyer & Team Leader

  • 5+ years PAE (criminal law focus)

  • Strong advocacy and court experience

  • Leadership or mentoring capability

  • Ability to manage complex and competing priorities


Location & Travel

Based in Port Pirie, with travel across Mid‑North circuit courts and outreach locations.
