Senior Accountant, Business Services
ABOUT YOU
Are you tired of travelling?
Are you sick of working for the sake of working?
Do you want to be heard and have a say in the direction of the firm?
THE ROLE
You will be reporting directly to our Senior Manager, with most of your time being spent liasing with clients, completing work and managing your workflow.
You will also be responsible for reviewing work and providing technical support to junior staff.
You also have an opportunity to grow as you wish. We work with our team to help them identify what they want to achieve and put steps in place to achieve it.
ABOUT US
We are a dynamic and passionate team of accountants who love what we do—but we also value our personal lives. A recent team member who joined us from a mid-tier firm shared their experience:
"I do the same work for the same pay, but without the long hours or weekend commitments. I’ve also cut out two hours of commuting each day. Now, I finally have a life—I get to see my kids every day!"
We collaborate closely, support one another, and foster a culture where every team member’s voice matters. Regular training sessions and open discussions help us refine our processes and ensure we’re always evolving. The theory is simple, if we all work together, we can help each other achieve whatever we want both professional and personally! Whatever that is!
Our mission is simple: grow our clients, grow as individuals, and grow our firm.
Our modern office promotes collaboration and is filled with natural light. We embrace a family-oriented culture—sharing meals, working through client challenges together, and holding structured performance reviews every six months to align individual and firm goals.
We also recently won Best Professional Services Firm along with Business of the Year at the Local Business Awards in Liverpool.
Second location in an up and coming growth area in the south west coming soon.
