    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees consistently praise the great people and positive culture at oOh!media, highlighting friendly and supportive colleagues who create a memorable working experience. The work/life balance is highly valued, with flexibility and a hybrid work model. There is a strong sense of teamwork, with everyone wanting each other to succeed, and employees appreciate the high level of autonomy in their roles.

However, there are some potential challenges, including concerns about management practices and the need for more consistent leadership support. Career progression opportunities can be limited, and salaries may be average compared to other companies. The good thingsThere great and hardworking people in the a Operations and other areas of the business.
The challengesSuch a shame oOh! is swamped with narcissistic and self centred Managers. P&C does not look after the people and tolerate bad behaviour and manipulative incompetent Managers.

Being new to the company with only 1month experience my TL calls during a major graffiti clean being 6panels front and back including wind breakers expecting it to be cleaned in no more than 2h , 1 man job in full PPE it took just under 4h returned back to new , her phone call was aggressive while threatening to escalate the matter further etc. The next day I handed in my resignation and the company vehicle

Would be carefully considering working at oOh Media. The business was poised to grow significantly however the plan has not turned into fruition and company announcement in December that 10%+ of the workforce will be let go in January 25.
The good things* Most individuals are down to earth, credible, likeable and make your working experience memorable * Hybrid work model *
The challenges*Old vs New Senior Leaders making it hard to make the changes required for the business to grow to where it needs to be. Very antiquated. * inability to grow in your role you have to leave to get a promotion or be made redundant * Lack of Inspirational and visionary leadership with Middle Management * Gender inequality with salaries, males paid more in my business units and had significantly less work load * Misconduct issues and lack of Senior HR support to individuals impacted in the 'too hard ' basket. Individuals not reprimanded and further enabled to continue with their employment. * No learning and development opportunities.
