    I would never work for this company again.
    The good thingsSome nice people and close to home so travel was limited.
    The challengesNo understanding of peoples experience and roles, very little flexibility compared to what was offered at interview stage. Very clicky and not welcoming for new staff (office).

    The good thingsBeing able to use my reasonable knowledge of the building industry (commercial) and cross skilling it with phone work (which I enjoy) - besides, I am too old now to be in the building game and on the tools!
