What’s it like working at Interflow?

The company demonstrates a strong commitment to career development through various training opportunities, while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Employees appreciate the varied and challenging work that keeps them engaged and provides continuous learning opportunities.

Diverse range of work. Can make your own opportunities
The good thingsWilling to reward good workers. No weekend work. Can work fairly independently without getting hassled.
The challengesOn salary, work decent length days and always over the 8hrs but that is typical of any salary job. Some don't appreciate reward comes after effort not before.

    Challenging but rewarding
The good thingsMassive opportunity for personal growth. Management support (and endorse) continuing professional development through in-house and outsourced training. Work / life balance is good, excellent support from everyone across the organisation.
The challengesBecause the work is so unique, there is a steep learning curve (from a technical perspective) if you have not had anything to do with the trenchless market before. The work is hard, but rewarding.
