What’s it like working at ICE Engineering?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the above-average pay and wages at ICE Engineering, with good penalties and overtime flexibility. The quality of teammates is frequently praised, with employees noting they work with great people and good crews. Additionally, the quality tools and equipment provided and the availability of work, including interstate opportunities, are valued aspects of working at the company.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as the management structure consisting primarily of family and friends, which some employees have noted. Communication and organisation could be improved, with issues around information sharing and materials readiness. The FIFO lifestyle involves long hours away from family, and some employees have experienced administrative challenges with pay processing, accommodation, and flight arrangements.

Do not believe the contract duration
The good thingsI have nothing good to say
The challengesthey keep hiring people until they need to start cutting back, some people didn't even get a full swing but were promised 12 months worth of work. they will get 10 groups of people looking for the same non-existent labels so they can charge the client for boots on the ground while not getting any work done. I have no idea how they are still running.
