    Supportive and Welcoming Workplace.
    The good thingsThere are so many learning opportunities and chances to further your career. Starting my time here as a room assistant and working my way up to a room coordinator has allowed me to push myself and learn so much. The management and leadership time are supportive and help you in any way, shape, or form. The warm environment that is created has allowed me to make meaningful relationships with my coworkers, families, and children in my care which I look forward to seeing each day. My time here has been nothing short of welcoming, caring, and supportive.

Quality of services presenting at their bi-annual conference and the opportunities for professional development. Their commitment to being a child safe organisation is also reassuring.

    A kind and caring workplace that genuinely cares about its purpose
    The good thingsI have never worked in such a caring, collaborative workplace where everyone just supports each other. The whole team is genuinely dedicated to providing high quality services to children and families and doing their best work every single day. I have never worked at an organisation that is so genuinely connected to its values.

    Grew a lot professionally by being 'put through the ringer'. Toxic work environment. High staff turnover.
    The good thingsThe children and their families were by far the best thing about working at E&D FF.
    The challengesDeliberately put into situations beyond my capabilities or experience at the time, which also happened to many of the younger/less experienced staff with little to no support. Management was incompetent and refused to take feedback and complaints seriously - even when relating to staff or child wellbeing. Toxic work environment. High staff turnover
