What’s it like working at Easts Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at Easts Group appreciated the great colleagues they worked with, as well as the staff discounts on food and beverages and free tickets to Sydney Roosters games. The friendly work environment and opportunities for career development were also highlighted as positive aspects.

However, there were some potential challenges, with a number of reviewers indicating that management could be an issue, with high staff turnover, favouritism, and a reluctance to address concerns. Some employees felt that there was a degree of workplace politics, with a 'clique' mentality and unequal treatment of staff. Additionally, reviewers noted that the facilities and resources could be improved, with issues such as limited parking, old buildings, and poor access to resources for front-line staff.

    Overall good, good side job
The good things- Roosters home game tickets - Cheap food from surrounding food outlets
The challenges- You work when most times roosters play so the tickets are not useful - Management reluctant to turn on air conditioner even in summer - Work uniforms

would not reccommend working at east leagues club.
The good thingslow turnover of patrons, not a busy club, easy work
The challengesyou have to be \"in the circle\" to have any real chance at progression, managers play favourites (i.e not the same \"rules\" for everyone), pay rate is minimum wage. lots of gossip and complaining between staff. overall a very toxic workplace
