You apply for jobs that say ‘no experience needed’ but in reality .. you need experience .. example - trainee train driver. You apply and don’t even get an interview even if you worked in a heavy, dangerous, safety focused industry for 20 years. It’s actually a joke. Are the jobs only advertised because they have to advertise ?

I apply for jobs that say things like "no experience needed, apprenticeship, traineeships, sponsorship available, we encourage to apply people with differents background" but After my application they say we are looking for residents or citizens! hahaha don't encourage people to apply.
